From the center of Inner Bluegrass, head north on US-421 N towards Midway. Continue for approximately 15 miles. Take the exit onto I-64 E, then quickly take exit 65 for US-127 S toward Frankfort. Merge onto US-127 S and continue for about 5 miles. Turn left onto Moores Mill Rd. Equus Run Vineyards will be on your right at 1280 Moores Mill Rd, Midway, KY 40347.
