Take exit 115 for US-60 toward Winchester/Lexington. Merge onto US-60 East and follow the signs for Lexington. Once you enter Lexington, take the exit toward US-421 South. Follow this road until you reach Alumni Drive. The Arboretum, State Botanical Garden of Kentucky will be located at 500 Alumni Dr, Lexington, KY 40503. There is free parking available on-site.
