From the center of the University of Kentucky campus, head towards Alumni Drive. If you are near the Main Building, walk southwest towards the intersection with Rose Street. Continue walking straight until you reach Alumni Drive. Turn left onto Alumni Drive and continue walking for about 0.5 miles. The Arboretum will be on your left side, and you will see the entrance marked clearly.
