Start at the main entrance of the University of Kentucky campus on Rose Street. Head west on Rose Street towards the intersection with Euclid Avenue. When you reach the intersection, turn left onto Euclid Avenue. Continue walking on Euclid Avenue until you reach the intersection with W Main Street. Turn right onto W Main Street. The Mary Todd Lincoln House will be on your left at 578 W Main St, Lexington, KY 40507. This walk is approximately 1 mile and should take about 20 minutes.

From the University of Kentucky, walk to the nearest Lextran bus stop located at the corner of Euclid Avenue and Rose Street. Catch the Lextran route 1 (Red Line) towards downtown.
