If you are in downtown Louisville, start at the intersection of 4th Street and Main Street. Head west on Main Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach 5th Street. Turn left onto 5th Street and continue south until you reach West River Road. Turn right on West River Road, and the Louisville Historic Wharf will be on your left at 401 W River Rd.

Public Transit - TARC Bus
Locate the nearest TARC (Transit Authority of River City) bus stop. You can take Bus Route 2 (which runs along Broadway) or Route 18 (which runs along Market Street). If you take Route 2, get off at the stop near the corner of 5th and River Road, and walk west on River Road for about 0.2 miles to reach the wharf. If you take Route 18, get off at the stop near 4th and River Road and walk east on River Road for about 0.2 miles.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations around downtown Louisville. Head towards the Riverwalk path that runs along the Ohio River. Follow the path west until you reach the Louisville Historic Wharf at 401 W River Rd. This route is scenic and safe for cyclists.
