Car
From any location in Outer Bluegrass, head towards I-64 E. Depending on your exact location, you may need to use local roads to access I-64. Once on I-64 E, drive for approximately 40 miles. Take exit 94 for US-60 E toward Winchester. Merge onto US-60 E and continue for about 7 miles. Turn right onto Bypass Rd (KY-15 S). After approximately 1.5 miles, you will arrive at the entrance to Daniel Boone National Forest, located at 1700 Bypass Road, Winchester, KY 40391. Parking is available on-site.

If you're using public transport, start by taking a Greyhound or Megabus service to Lexington, KY. Once you arrive in Lexington, you can take a local bus (Lextran Route 12) towards Winchester. After approximately 45 minutes, get off at the Winchester Stop.
