If you are traveling by car, start from downtown Lexington. Head southeast on Main St toward S Limestone St. Continue on S Limestone St, then merge onto US-27 S. Follow signs for Richmond. Take the exit toward Man O' War Blvd. Turn left onto Man O' War Blvd and continue for approximately 4 miles. Turn right onto Raven Run Way, and the sanctuary will be on your left. Parking is available on-site at no cost.

For public transportation, you can take the Lextran bus route 18 from downtown Lexington. Board the bus at the bus terminal and take it towards the Bluegrass Airport. You'll need to get off at the stop for Man O' War Blvd. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to Raven Run Nature Sanctuary. Walk east on Man O' War Blvd, then turn left onto Raven Run Way, and the sanctuary will be on your left. Be sure to check the Lextran schedule for the latest timings and routes.
