Getting There

  • Walking

    From downtown Paducah, start at the McCracken County Public Library located at 555 Washington St. Head south on Washington St toward 6th St. Continue straight for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Broadway St. Turn left onto Broadway St and walk for 0.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with Lone Oak Rd, turn right. Continue walking along Lone Oak Rd for about 1.5 miles until you see the Whitehaven Welcome Center on your right at 1845 Lone Oak Rd.

    From downtown Paducah, go to the nearest bus stop served by the Paducah Area Transit System. Take Route #3 (Lone Oak) and stay on the bus until you reach the stop closest to 1845 Lone Oak Rd. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. After getting off, walk a short distance south on Lone Oak Rd to reach the Whitehaven Welcome Center.

    If you have a bike, start at the Paducah Riverfront Park. Head east on the riverfront trail until you reach the intersection with Broadway St. Turn left onto Broadway St and ride for about 1 mile. At the intersection with Lone Oak Rd, turn right and continue for another 1.5 miles. The Whitehaven Welcome Center will be on your right at 1845 Lone Oak Rd.
