If you are traveling by car, start on US-27 S from the nearest Sheltowee Trace trailhead. Drive approximately 17 miles until you reach the intersection with KY-80 W. Take a left onto KY-80 W and continue for about 10 miles. After passing through Mt. Vernon, turn right onto Sands Spring Road. Follow Sands Spring Road for about 1 mile, and you will find Fletcher's Cave on your right. There is no designated parking area, so be cautious when parking on the roadside.
