    From Nairobi, take the A2 highway towards Nanyuki. Continue on the A2 until you reach Isiolo. From Isiolo, take the road towards Archers Post and follow the signs for Shaba National Reserve. The roads may be rough and unpaved in some areas, so a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for this journey.

    From Nairobi, take a matatu or bus to Isiolo. From Isiolo, you can find matatus or boda bodas (motorcycle taxis) that can take you to Archers Post. From Archers Post, you may need to hire a local guide or arrange for a vehicle to take you to Shaba National Reserve.
