Car
If you are driving from the nearest major town, Embu, head southeast on the Embu-Kangaru road for approximately 20 kilometers. After passing through Kangaru, continue straight until you reach the junction with the Kiritiri road. Turn left onto Kiritiri road and drive for about 10 kilometers until you reach the Kinoro Runda area. Look out for local signage indicating the direction to Kinoro Runda. Parking is available on-site.

From Embu town, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Kiritiri. These matatus regularly depart from the central matatu stage in Embu. The fare is usually around 100 KES. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Kinoro Runda. Once you arrive at the Kiritiri junction, you may need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to reach Kinoro Runda, or you can negotiate a fare with a local boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) for a quicker ride.
