If you're traveling by car, start your journey by heading towards the town of Iten. From Iten, take the Eldoret-Iten road (A104) and drive for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction for Bungoma. Turn right onto the Bungoma Road (B2) and continue driving for another 20 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Buteyo Miti Park, which will be located in Bungoma at 'GHVV+4J2'. The park is well-marked, and you can follow the local signs to find the entrance. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel as there may be limited fuel stations in the area.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start by taking a matatu (shared taxi) from Iten to Eldoret. These matatus frequently depart from the Iten town center. Once in Eldoret, transfer to another matatu heading to Bungoma. Upon arrival in Bungoma, you can either take a motorcycle taxi (boda boda) or walk to Buteyo Miti Park, which is approximately 2 kilometers from the Bungoma town center. The total cost for the matatus should be around 200-300 KES, while a boda boda ride could cost approximately 100-150 KES.
