If you're driving from the Elgeyo Escarpment area, head south towards Eldoret. Use the A104 highway which connects you directly to Eldoret. The drive should take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach Eldoret town, follow the signs to the Eldoret Southern Bypass, which is located near Lemook Primary School. The exact location is F6F8+V86 Lemook Primary School, Eldoret. Look for the bypass signs which will lead you directly to the bypass.
Public Transportation
To reach the Eldoret Southern Bypass using public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Eldoret from any major town in Elgeyo Escarpment. The fare is usually around 200-300 KES. Upon arrival at the Eldoret town terminus, you can either walk or take a boda boda (motorbike taxi) to the Southern Bypass. The boda boda fare should be about 50-100 KES depending on your negotiation skills and exact drop-off point. Ensure to ask the boda boda rider to drop you at Lemook Primary School to access the bypass.
