If you have access to a car, start by heading south on the main road from Kerio Valley. Follow the signs towards Nakuru, passing through local towns and keeping an eye on the GPS. After approximately 50 kilometers, you will reach the junction for Hells Gate National Park. Turn left onto the road that leads directly to the park entrance. The park is well-marked, and you will see the entrance gates after about 15 kilometers. Don't forget to pay the entrance fee, which is around 1,000 KES for adults and 500 KES for children.

To reach Hells Gate National Park using public transportation, you can take a matatu (shared minibus) from Kerio Valley to Nakuru. The journey will take approximately 2-3 hours, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Nakuru, look for another matatu heading to Hells Gate. This leg of the trip will take an additional 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you will need to pay the entrance fee, which is about 1,000 KES for adults and 500 KES for children. Ensure you check the matatu schedules for the return trip.
