From the center of Kondele, head east towards Kisumu Road. Walk for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the junction where Kisumu Road meets the road leading to Hippo Point. Look for signs or ask locals for directions to Hippo Point. Once you reach the junction, turn left and continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you see the entrance to Hippo Point on your right.

Find a boda boda stand in Kondele, which are usually located near busy intersections. Negotiate the fare with the rider (typically around 100-200 KES) and ask them to take you to Hippo Point. From Kondele, you can take a matatu heading towards Kisumu town. Get on a matatu at Kondele Market (they are frequent and cost around 30-50 KES).
