From the center of Kitale, head northeast on the main road (Kakamega Road) towards the Kitale Town Market. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Moi Avenue. Turn left onto Moi Avenue, and keep walking straight for about 1 kilometer, passing by local shops and eateries. Once you reach the next major intersection, take a right turn onto the road leading towards the Kitale Agricultural Showground. Continue walking straight, and after about 500 meters, you will see a sign for Karibuni Lodge on the left. The lodge is located at 223C+RX9, Kitale.

Starting from the Kitale Town Market, head northeast on Kakamega Road. Biking along the road, keep to the left to avoid heavy traffic. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach the intersection with Moi Avenue. Turn left onto Moi Avenue. Cycle straight for about 1 kilometer until you get to the junction where you can turn right towards the Kitale Agricultural Showground. Keep going for another 500 meters, and look for the sign of Karibuni Lodge on the left side of the road at 223C+RX9.

From anywhere in Kitale, find a motorcycle taxi (boda boda) and tell the rider you want to go to Karibuni Lodge. A common starting point is the Kitale Town Market. The rider will take you northeast along Kakamega Road, where they will turn left onto Moi Avenue shortly after 1 kilometer. They will continue straight until you reach the junction to turn right towards the Kitale Agricultural Showground. After about 500 meters on that road, they will drop you off at the entrance of Karibuni Lodge located at 223C+RX9.
