Upon arriving in Mutomo, look for signs pointing to the Unnamed Road leading to Mutomo Reptile Park. The park is located off this road at the coordinates 5647+3PP. There is no entry fee to the park, but it's advisable to check for any additional costs for guided tours or activities once you arrive.

Public Transport
For those using public transport, board a matatu (shared minibus) from Kitui town heading towards Mutomo. The fare is typically between 100 to 200 Kenyan Shillings, depending on the service. The matatus usually depart from the main bus station. Inform the conductor that you are going to Mutomo, and they will drop you off in the town center. From there, you can hire a motorcycle taxi (boda boda) or walk for about 2 kilometers to reach Mutomo Reptile Park.
