Car
If you are driving from Lodwar, head southeast on the A1 highway. After approximately 15 kilometers, turn left onto the road that leads to the Foot Bridge viewpoint. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the viewpoint. There will be signage along the way guiding you to Foot Bridge. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition, as some sections may be rough.
Public Transportation
From Lodwar, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Lake Turkana. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to the Foot Bridge viewpoint. The journey will take around 30 minutes, and you may need to walk the final 2 kilometers to the viewpoint. Be prepared to negotiate the fare, which is usually around 100-200 KES per person.
Walking
If you are already near the Foot Bridge viewpoint, walking is a great option.
