Once you reach the A2, turn left towards Nyeri. Continue on the A2 for approximately 65 km. Tafaria Archery is located off this road towards Nyahururu. Look for signs indicating the archery range. Parking is usually available on-site.
Public Transportation
To reach Tafaria Archery via public transport, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) from Loita Plains to Nyeri town. The ride typically takes around 1-1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once in Nyeri, you can catch another matatu heading towards Nyahururu. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Tafaria Archery; it's important to mention this as they may not be familiar with the exact location. The total cost for the matatus should be around 200-300 KES. From the drop-off point, you may need to walk or get a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) to the archery range, which is about 5-10 minutes away.
