Matatu
From Mombasa city center, head to the main bus station known as 'Mombasa Terminus'. Look for matatus heading towards Diani Beach. Once on board, inform the conductor you are going to Diani Beach Road. The ride will take approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic. When you arrive at Diani Beach, ask the driver to drop you off near the entrance to Kaya Kinondo Sacred Forest.
Bicycle
If you're feeling adventurous and are renting a bicycle, start your journey from the city center towards the coast. Follow the road signs leading to Diani Beach. The route is well marked and offers beautiful coastal views. Once you reach Diani Beach, continue along Diani Beach Road until you reach Kaya Kinondo Sacred Forest, which is located on your right.
Walking
If you're near Diani Beach, you can walk to Kaya Kinondo Sacred Forest. From the beach, head towards Diani Beach Road and turn left. Walk along this road for about 2 kilometers until you see signs for Kaya Kinondo. The entrance will be on your left. Ensure to wear comfortable walking shoes as the path can be uneven in some areas.
