If you are traveling by car within Mount Elgon National Park, head towards the area near the Lwanda rocks, which can be accessed via well-maintained park roads. Start from the park headquarters in Kapkota. Drive along the main park road, following the signs towards the Lwanda region. After approximately 12 kilometers, you will reach a junction; take the left turn towards Lwanda rocks. Continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach the parking area near Lwanda rocks. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain, as some sections may be bumpy.
