If you are traveling by car, start from Nanyuki town, which is one of the main access points to Mount Kenya. Take the Nanyuki to Nyeri road (A2) and head towards Nyeri. After approximately 25 kilometers, look for signage pointing to Kangaita. Turn onto the road leading to Kangaita and continue for another 15 kilometers until you reach the coordinates H7QJ+MP, which is the location of Kangere 1.
