If you have a private car, start from Mount Longonot National Park entrance. Head southeast on the main road towards Naivasha for about 10 km until you reach the junction for Mukeu. Turn left onto the road leading to Mukeu. Continue for approximately 5 km, following the signs for Lari Kioni Forest. To reach Lari Kioni Forest via public transportation, start at the Mount Longonot town center. Take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Naivasha. Inform the driver you want to stop at Mukeu.
