Matatus
From the city center, head to the Kencom bus station. Look for a matatu heading towards Karen or Gikambura. Board the matatu and request the conductor to drop you off at the Giraffe Centre stop. The journey should take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you alight, walk down Duma Road for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Giraffe Centre on your left.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) from the city center. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Giraffe Centre on Duma Road. The ride will take about 20 minutes depending on traffic. Ensure that you negotiate the fare before starting the journey.

If you are near central Nairobi and enjoy walking, you can make your way to Giraffe Centre on foot. Start from Uhuru Park and head southwest towards Lang'ata Road. Continue walking until you reach the junction with Duma Road. Turn left onto Duma Road and follow it for approximately 2 kilometers. The Giraffe Centre will be on your right. This walk may take around 30-40 minutes.
