Matatu
To get to the Nairobi Animal Orphanage, start by heading to a nearby matatu (public minibus) stage. If you are in the city center, you can take a matatu from the Kencom stage. Look for matatus heading towards 'Lang' or 'Karen'. Once on the matatu, tell the conductor you want to get off at the Nairobi National Park entrance. The fare is usually around 50-100 KES. After about 30-40 minutes, you will arrive at the entrance of the National Park.

From the entrance of the Nairobi National Park, you will need to walk to the Nairobi Animal Orphanage. The orphanage is located within the park. After entering the park, follow the main road straight ahead. You will see signs directing you to the Nairobi Animal Orphanage. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy the beautiful scenery as you walk.

If you prefer cycling, there are bicycle rental shops in Nairobi where you can rent a bike. Once you have a bicycle, you can ride to the Nairobi National Park entrance.
