My 8-year old and I had a fantastic time learning from Grace. We loved visiting the market and felt so lucky to be welcomed into her home. She was such a patient teacher and the food was delicious! This is a great home experience and we learned some tasty new recipes. We'd definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely incredible experience cooking with Nimoh on our first day in Nairobi! My husband and I both thought it was the perfect activity to introduce ourselves to Kenyan culture, cuisine, and the city. From riding on the local matatu bus to picking up ingredients in the local market, Nimoh was very attentive and friendly. Once in her home, she created such a comfortable and educational atmosphere. The cooking process was highly interactive and the food was delicious. This was such a special experience and a must do while visiting Nairobi!

This experience is probably one of my favorites out of all my travels anywhere in the world. Grace was super welcoming. The food we cooked was so tasty. Im still not convinced she didn’t season our veggies with just salt and onions because I’ve never had spinach and kale taste so good with so little added. We made ugali and she explained the significance of that for Kenyans. Her baby was there and she’s super sweet and intelligent. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at her place and highly recommend!!
