Walking
If you are in the Lavington area, begin your journey by heading towards the nearest main road, which is Gitanga Road. Depending on your location, you might need to navigate through the nearby streets until you reach Gitanga Road. Once there, walk towards the direction of the Lavington Mall. After approximately 10 to 15 minutes of walking, you will see the mall on your left. Continue walking past the mall and take the next left onto Braeside Gardens. Follow this road, and soon you will arrive at Insecta Center Braeside Gardens, where Nai Nami is located.
Boda Boda (Motorcycle Taxi)
You can easily find a boda boda stand in Lavington. Just ask for a ride to 'Insecta Center Braeside Gardens' or 'Nai Nami'. The fare for a short distance ride typically ranges from 100 to 300 Kenyan Shillings, depending on your starting location. Make sure to negotiate the price before starting your journey. The ride will take about 5 to 10 minutes, and you will be dropped off right at the entrance.
Matatu (Shared Minibus)
Look for a matatu heading towards Kawangware or Dagoretti Corner from any nearby matatu stop. Board the matatu and inform the conductor that you are going to Lavington. Once you reach the Lavington area, you can ask to be dropped off near the Lavington Mall. From the mall, it's a short walk past the mall and left onto Braeside Gardens. The entire journey may cost you around 50 to 100 Kenyan Shillings and will take about 15 to 20 minutes.
