From the center of Naivasha, head northeast on Moi South Lake Road, cycling along the main road. Continue for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Nakuru-Nairobi Highway (A104). Turn left onto the highway and cycle about 1 kilometer. Look for signs leading to The Mitini Retreat at the coordinates 7CQF+33, which will be on your right side.
Walking
Starting from the Naivasha Town center, walk southeast along Moi South Lake Road for about 2 kilometers. You will pass several small shops and local eateries. After 2 kilometers, you will reach a major junction at the Nakuru-Nairobi Highway (A104). Cross the highway carefully and continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you see the entrance to The Mitini Retreat on your right at the location marked 7CQF+33.
Motorbike Taxi
If you're in Naivasha and looking for a quicker option, you can hire a motorbike taxi (boda boda) from the Naivasha Town center. Tell the rider to take you to The Mitini Retreat, located at the coordinates 7CQF+33. The journey should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the price before starting your ride.
Public Transport (Matatu)
From Naivasha Town, you can take a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards Nakuru. Board the matatu from the designated matatu stage in the town center. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at the junction for The Mitini Retreat. After about 15 minutes, get off at the Nakuru-Nairobi Highway junction. From there, you can either walk (approximately 1 kilometer) or hire a boda boda to take you directly to The Mitini Retreat.
