Walking
Starting from the Nakuru Town Centre, head towards Kenyatta Avenue. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Moi Avenue. Turn left onto Moi Avenue and continue walking. After about 500 meters, you will see a bus station on your right. You can take a matatu (shared minibus) heading towards Gilgil. Ensure to tell the driver to drop you off at the Discovery stop, which is located near the main road.

Once you are at the bus station, board a matatu heading to Gilgil. The fare is typically around 50 KES. Enjoy the scenic views as you travel; the journey will take approximately 30 minutes. When you reach Gilgil, ask the matatu driver to drop you off at the Discovery stop. From there, it’s a short walk to the entrance, about 200 meters.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle in Nakuru Town. Start from Nakuru Town Centre and head towards Kenyatta Avenue. Continue straight and follow the same route as mentioned for walking. You can bike along the main road towards Gilgil, which is approximately 22 kilometers away. The ride is quite scenic, and you'll pass through beautiful landscapes. Once you reach the Discovery area, lock your bike and walk the final 200 meters to the entrance.
