Walking
If you are starting from Nakuru Central Business District (CBD), head southeast on Kenyatta Avenue towards Moi Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the Nakuru-Eldoret highway (A104). Cross over to the other side of the highway and continue walking along the road. After about 500 meters, you will see signs for Egerton University. Follow these signs for another 1 kilometer until you reach the entrance of Lord Egerton Castle, which will be on your right.

Bicycle
From Nakuru CBD, rent a bicycle and start heading southeast on Kenyatta Avenue. Continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Nakuru-Eldoret highway (A104). Use the designated bicycle lanes when available. After crossing the highway, pedal along the road for another 1.5 kilometers. Look for Egerton University signs and follow them. Lord Egerton Castle will be located on your right as you approach the university.

Matatu (Shared Minibus)
From Nakuru CBD, locate the matatu stage near Kenyatta Avenue. Look for a matatu heading towards Egerton University. Board the matatu, and it should take you directly towards the university area. After about 15-20 minutes, ask the conductor to drop you off at the Egerton University stop. Once you get off, walk towards the entrance of the university, and Lord Egerton Castle will be a short walk away on your right.
