Walking
If you are at the Nakuru Central Business District (CBD), start at Kenyatta Avenue. Walk towards the Nakuru County Government offices and continue straight until you reach the junction with Moi Road. Turn left onto Moi Road and walk until you reach the intersection with West Road. Turn right onto West Road and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. Hotel Waterbuck will be on your left, a short distance past the intersection with Biashara Street.
Bicycle
From the Nakuru CBD, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Start at Kenyatta Avenue and head towards Moi Road. Turn left onto Moi Road and cycle straight until you reach West Road. Turn right onto West Road and continue cycling for approximately 1 kilometer. Hotel Waterbuck will be on your left, just after the intersection with Biashara Street.
Public Transport (Matatu)
If you're near the Nakuru CBD, find a matatu (shared taxi) heading towards the Biashara area. Board any matatu that indicates 'Biashara' as its destination. After a short ride, ask the conductor to drop you off at the West Road junction. From there, walk along West Road for about 500 meters, and you will find Hotel Waterbuck on your left.
Motorcycle Taxi (Boda Boda)
You can also take a boda boda from the Nakuru CBD. Find a boda boda stage (usually near major junctions) and tell the rider you want to go to Hotel Waterbuck on West Road. The ride should take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic. The rider will drop you off right outside the hotel.
