Continue until you reach the Aberdare National Park gate. From there, follow the signs to the Karuru Waterfall trailhead. Parking is available at the entrance, but ensure you arrive before 6 PM as the park closes at that time.

To reach Karuru Waterfall via public transport, take a matatu (shared minibus) from Nairobi to Nyeri. Upon arrival in Nyeri, hire a taxi or take another matatu to the Aberdare National Park entrance. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they are going to the park entrance. Once at the entrance, you can either walk to the Karuru Waterfall trailhead or hire a local guide for assistance. Ensure you plan your return as public transport may be limited in the evening.
