Continue on the B7 for about 70 kilometers, passing through the towns of Mtito Andei and Kibwezi. After Kibwezi, keep following the B7 until you see signs for Yatta Plateau. The plateau is located just off the main road, and you may need to drive a short distance on a dirt road to reach the viewpoint. Parking is available near the plateau.
Public Transportation

To reach Yatta Plateau using public transportation, start by taking a matatu (shared taxi) from Voi to Mtito Andei. This journey will take about 1-1.5 hours. Upon arrival at Mtito Andei, switch to another matatu heading towards Kibwezi. Once in Kibwezi, you can catch a matatu that goes towards Machakos. Ask the driver to drop you off at the junction for Yatta Plateau. From there, you may need to walk approximately 2 kilometers on a dirt road to reach the plateau. Be prepared for some uneven terrain.
