Private Car
If you are traveling by private car, start your journey from the town of Voi, which is a central hub in the Tsavo Region. From Voi, head east on the A109 road for approximately 32 kilometers until you reach the junction at Mombasa Road. Turn left onto the B7 road towards Machakos. Continue on the B7 for about 70 kilometers, passing through the towns of Mtito Andei and Kibwezi. After Kibwezi, keep following the B7 until you see signs for Yatta Plateau. The plateau is located just off the main road, and you may need to drive a short distance on a dirt road to reach the viewpoint. Parking is available near the plateau.

To reach Yatta Plateau using public transportation, start by taking a matatu (shared taxi) from Voi to Mtito Andei. This journey will take about 1-1.5 hours.
