From the center of Kiritimati, head east towards the main road. Continue walking along the main road until you reach the intersection at the local market. Turn left at the market and follow this road, which will lead you towards the eastern coast of the island. Keep walking straight until you reach a fork in the road, where you should take the right path. Continue straight until you arrive at a small beach access path. Follow this path that leads directly to Torben's Beach. The beach should be visible at the end of the path.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Kiritimati and ride east on the main road. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach the local market. At the market, make a left turn and continue straight, enjoying the scenery. Keep an eye out for the fork in the road, and take the right path. Ride for about another kilometer until you find the beach access path. Park your bicycle and walk down the path to reach Torben's Beach.
