Start your journey from the Ferizaj city center, near the main square (Sheshi I Ferizajt). From the square, head east on the main street (Bulevardi Nënë Tereza) for about 500 meters until you reach the crossroads with the street Bulevardi Zahir Pajaziti. Turn left onto Bulevardi Zahir Pajaziti and continue straight for another 300 meters until you reach the bus station.

At the Ferizaj bus station, look for a bus heading to Skopje. Buses to Skopje are frequent, but check the schedule for exact times. The journey should take about 1 hour. Make sure to tell the driver to drop you off at the main bus station in Skopje.

Walking
Once you arrive at the main bus station in Skopje, exit the station and head towards the main road (Bulevar Asnom). From there, walk north for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra. Turn left and continue walking for another 500 meters.

After 500 meters, you should see a sign for Grafishte. Follow the signs and continue walking for another 300 meters until you reach Kapan An, which will be on your right. The location is known for its historical significance and beautiful architecture.
