From the center of Ferizaj, head east on the main street towards the bus station. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit to merge onto the road leading towards Skopje. Follow the signs for Skopje, and after approximately 15 kilometers, you will see signs for the 'Chair' borough. Once you reach the 'Chair' area, look for local signs indicating 'Grafishte.' Kapan An will be located at Grafishte, Skopje 1000, which is a short walk from the nearest bus stop.

From Ferizaj, head to the main bus station located in the center of town. Purchase a ticket to Skopje, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive at the Skopje bus station, exit and find the local bus line that goes towards Chair. Board the bus and ask the driver to drop you off at the 'Grafishte' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Kapan An, located at Grafishte, Skopje 1000.
