From the center of Ferizaj, head northwest on Blerimi Street towards the main square. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road leading to Uroševac (Ferizaj - Uroševac Road). Turn left onto this road. Follow the road for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the bus terminal in Ferizaj. From there, you can take a bus to Skopje. Once you arrive in Skopje, head to the bus station and look for buses going to the Millennium Cross (Kozjak). Buses run frequently. Upon arriving at the base of the Millennium Cross, you will need to take a cable car or hike up to the cross to enjoy the beautiful views.
