Walking
Start from the main square in Ferizaj, known as Sheshi i Ferizajt. Head southeast towards the street named UÇK. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rruga e Dëshmorëve. Turn left onto Rruga e Dëshmorëve and follow it until you see the Ferizaj Railway Station on your right. From the station, continue walking straight until you reach the main road. Cross the road and follow the signs to the bus station.

From the bus station in Ferizaj, take a bus heading towards Skopje. Ensure the bus is going to the city center of Skopje. The journey will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive at Skopje, disembark at the main bus station (Autobuska Stanica).

After arriving at the main bus station in Skopje, exit the station and head towards the main street, which is Boulevard Vodno. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Ul. Josif Mihajlovik. Turn right onto Ul. Josif Mihajlovik and continue walking for about 200 meters. The Museum of Macedonia will be located on your left at number 7.
