If you are starting from the city center of Ferizaj, head towards the main square (Sheshi i Ferizajt). From the square, walk down Rruga e Dëshmorëve, which is the main street connecting to various parts of the town. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Rruga Gjin Bue Shpata. Turn left onto Rruga Gjin Bue Shpata and walk straight. After approximately 500 meters, you will see Xhamia e Madhe on your right side.

From the central bus station in Ferizaj, take a local bus heading towards the Ferizaj neighborhoods. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Rruga Gjin Bue Shpata. Once you get off, walk along Rruga Gjin Bue Shpata for about 300 meters, and you will find Xhamia e Madhe on your right.
