Getting There

From the center of Karadak, head southeast on the main road towards the village of Štip. Continue on this road for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the fork. At the fork, take the left turn towards Kosovac, which is well-signposted. Drive for another 10 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views of the Karadak region. As you approach Kosovac, you will notice the elevation increasing, and the road may become narrower and windier. Make sure to drive cautiously. Once you reach Kosovac, you can find parking areas near the base of the mountain.

If you prefer to travel by public transport, you can take a bus from Karadak to the nearest larger town, which is Kumanovo. Buses typically run every hour, and the fare is around 2-3 Euros. From Kumanovo, you will need to find a taxi or a local shared van that goes towards Kosovac. The taxi fare can range from 10 to 15 Euros depending on negotiation. Be sure to confirm the final price before starting your journey. The ride from Kumanovo to Kosovac takes approximately 30 minutes.
