From the center of Peja, head northwest on Sheshi i Shtjefen Gjecovi towards Rruga Nene Tereza. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rruga e Shkollës. Walk for another 500 meters until you reach the bus station on your right. Here, you will find local buses heading towards Klina. Board one of these buses, and inform the driver you want to go to Mirusha Waterfalls. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes.

From Peja, go to the main bus station located near the city center. Look for buses that are heading to Klina, which typically leave every 30 minutes. Purchase a ticket for Klina from the ticket counter. Once you arrive in Klina, exit the bus and ask locals for directions to Mirusha Waterfalls; it's a short taxi ride or a 30-minute walk from the main road.
