From the center of Peja, walk to the bus station located on the main road (Rruga Ibrahim Rugova). Look for buses heading to Gjakova. The bus ride takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Gjakova, get off at the main bus station.

After disembarking at the Gjakova bus station, head southwest on Rruga e Dëshmorëve for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Rruga e Koshares. Turn left onto Rruga e Koshares and continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers.

Continue straight until you reach the village of Kusar. Look for signs pointing towards Shpella e Kusarit. The cave is located approximately 1 kilometer from the village center. Follow the path leading towards the hills, and you should see the entrance to Shpella e Kusarit.
