From the center of Prizren (near the new bridge), head east towards the main street, 'Rruga Shadervan'. Follow this street until you reach the main bus station, 'Stacioni i Autobusëve'. Here, you will find buses heading towards Kukës. Purchase a ticket and board a bus. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic. Upon arriving in Kukës, get off at the bus station. From the Kukës bus station, walk northeast towards 'Pranë repartit ushtarak', which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the Kukës Underground, which will be on your left.
