From the center of Shala, head southwest on the main road. Follow signs towards Pristina. After about 15 kilometers, take the exit towards Pristina and merge onto the main road. Continue straight for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the Ali Pashë Tepelena Street. Turn left onto Ali Pashë Tepelena Street. The Voice of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptians NGO will be on your right at number 10000. Parking may be available on the street or nearby.
