Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, head southeast on the main road from your current location on Bubiyan Island. Continue on the road until you reach the bridge leading back to the mainland. Cross the bridge and follow the signs for Route 80 (Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Road). After approximately 30 km, merge onto Route 30 towards Kuwait City. Stay on Route 30 for about 40 km, and then take the exit toward Ahmad Al Jaber St. Follow Ahmad Al Jaber St until you reach Safat Square, which will be on your left. Parking is available nearby, but be mindful of any parking fees.

    For public transportation, you will first need to take a taxi or rideshare from Bubiyan Island to the nearest bus station in the mainland. The taxi ride typically costs around 5-10 KWD. Once at the bus station, look for buses heading toward Kuwait City. The bus fare is usually around 0.5-1 KWD. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at Ahmad Al Jaber St. From there, Safat Square is a short walk away, and you will find it on your left.
