From Green Island, head northeast toward the coastal road (King Fahd Road). Continue on King Fahd Road for about 10-15 minutes, following the signs for Salmiya. Take the exit toward Salmiya and merge onto Arabian Gulf Street. Continue straight until you reach the Boulevard Building, which is located on your right. Parking is available at the Boulevard; however, be aware that there may be a parking fee.

From Green Island, walk to the nearest bus stop on the Arabian Gulf Street. Take bus number 999 towards Salmiya. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Salmiya stop nearest to Boulevard. You might have to walk a short distance to reach the Boulevard Building. The bus fare is around 0.5 KD.
