If you are already in Hawalli, start from the Hawalli Cooperative Society located on the corner of Tunisia Street and Ibn Khaldun Street. From there, head west on Tunisia Street for approximately 500 meters until you reach Al-Rehab Complex. The entrance to Hawally Public Park is just adjacent to Al-Rehab Complex. Look for the park entrance on your right side as you approach.

Locate the nearest bus stop along Tunisia Street. Take the bus heading towards Kuwait City. After about 3 stops (approximately 10 minutes), get off at 'Al-Rehab Complex' bus stop. Once you exit the bus, walk towards Al-Rehab Complex, which is just across the street. The entrance to Hawally Public Park will be next to the complex.
