Getting there

Walking

If you are in central Hawalli, start at the Hawalli Cooperative Society (located at 3rd Ring Road). From the cooperative society, head south towards the 3rd Ring Road. Once you reach the road, turn left (east) and walk along the sidewalk for about 1 kilometer. You will pass local shops and cafes along the way. Continue walking until you see signs for the First Ring Road.

Once you reach the intersection with the First Ring Road, cross the road carefully and walk north along the First Ring Road. The Martyr Monument is located approximately 1.5 kilometers ahead on your left side. Look for the large monument structure, which should be visible from the road.

Public Transport

You can also take a local bus from Hawalli to Kuwait City. Board a bus heading towards Kuwait City (ensure to check the bus route with the driver). Ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to the Martyr Monument. After getting off the bus, you may need to walk for about 10-15 minutes to reach the monument, following the First Ring Road north.

Walking

If you prefer a more scenic route, you can take a stroll through Al Soor Gardens, which is nearby. Enter the gardens, enjoy a leisurely walk, and then exit towards the First Ring Road. The Martyr Monument is a short walk from the gardens' exit.
