From Kuwait Water Towers, head southeast on Al-Masbah Street toward Al-Jabriya. Continue on Al-Masbah Street for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Al-Diwan Street. Turn left onto Al-Diwan Street and drive for approximately 2 km. Take a right turn onto Al-Mahboula Street and continue for another 1 km. Finally, turn left onto 83JG+X32, Salmiya. Boulevard Park will be on your right. Note: Parking may be available at the park, but it can get crowded during weekends.

From Kuwait Water Towers, walk to the nearest bus stop (Al-Masbah Bus Stop). Take the bus route 999 that goes towards Salmiya. The fare is approximately 0.25 KD (Kuwaiti Dinar). After about 20 minutes, alight at the Salmiya bus stop. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Boulevard Park. Head east along the main road, and then turn right onto 83JG+X32. The park entrance will be on your left.
