From Kuwait Water Towers, head southwest on Abdulaziz Al Saqer St toward the intersection with Al-Mubarak St. Turn left onto Al-Mubarak St and continue straight for about 2 km. Merge onto Route 30 (Fahaheel Expressway) and continue for approximately 4 km. Take the exit toward Abdulla Al Salem St, and you will see Liberation Tower on your right. The total distance is around 6 km, and it should take about 15 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

From Kuwait Water Towers, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Abdulla Al Saqer St. Board Bus No. 15 or Bus No. 5, which travels towards Kuwait City. After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the 'Al-Babtain Roundabout' stop. From there, you can either walk about 1 km down Abdulla Al Salem St, or take a taxi for a short ride to reach Liberation Tower. Ensure you have small change for the bus fare, which is approximately 0.5 KWD.
