Car
If you are travelling by car, start your journey in the Arslanbob Walnut Forest area. Drive towards the main road, Р-191. Continue on this road for approximately 5 km, following the signs for Gumkana. You will see a turn-off that leads directly to the area, indicated by a small sign. The drive should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
Public Transportation
For those relying on public transportation, begin at the main bus station in Arslanbob. Look for any minibuses (marshrutkas) heading towards the direction of Р-191. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Gumkana. The fare is typically around 20-30 KGS. The ride should take about 30 minutes. Once you reach the vicinity, you'll likely need to walk a short distance to the hiking area.
Walking
If you are already in the Arslanbob Walnut Forest and prefer to hike, you can walk towards Gumkana. Head towards the main road, Р-191. It's approximately a 2 km walk from the center of Arslanbob. The route is scenic, passing through beautiful walnut groves. Follow the road signs leading to Gumkana, and enjoy the natural surroundings along the way.
